Nov. 6 Election Results

Lago Vista voters selected incumbent David Scott, Place 6 and new Board of Trustee Laura Spiers, Place 7.

Thanks to all the candidates for their willingness to serve without compensation, for terms of three years. The District has prospered as a result of our board leadership and vision, and we look forward to continuing that tradition.

On August 13, 2018, the Board of Trustees called for an election to be held on November 6, 2018 for the purpose of electing 2 members to the LVISD Board of Trustees.

    (NOTE: Precinct 371 has moved to K-Oaks Clubhouse. If you used to vote at LV Middle School, you will now go to K-Oaks Clubhouse to vote - 7000 Bar K Ranch Rd.

    Information for Board Candidates


    Notice is hereby given that applications for a place on the November 6th ballot will be accepted during regular office hours between July 21, 2018 - August 20, 2018 at 5:00pm in the Administration Office at 8039 Bar-K Ranch Rd.

    Board positions are 3-year terms each representing the entire district.  All eligible community members as specified in Board Policy BBA(Legal) may run for any place in a Board of Trustee election. Two places are up for election this year:

    PLACE 6 - currently held by David Scott

    PLACE 7 - currently held by Stacy Eleuterius

    November 7, 2017 Lago Vista voters approved the 2017 Bond Proposal with 65% of the votes. Lago Vista ISD Board of Trustees called for the issuance of $2.9 million of bonds for HVAC replacements, transportation, technology, and driveway repairs.
