Lago Vista ISD COVID-19 Response ProtocolsSeptember 20, 2021

Lago Vista ISD recognizes that the situation surrounding COVID-19 is ever changing. As the year progresses, LVISD will use the following COVID–19 Response Protocols. We hope these strategies will ensure a safe and healthy learning and working environment for our students and staff.  The decision to move from one stage to another will not be based on just one factor. We will continue to work with local and state officials, as well as with legal counsel regarding regulatory authority pertaining to these matters.

Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan, 2021-2022
We are very excited to begin the 2021-2022 academic year! We opened face-to-face for all learners with health and safety guidelines in place at each campus.

We ask that all students, parents, and staff review our Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan for the 2021-2022 school year. Please note that these protocols and guidelines will be modified and updated to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance, as appropriate.

ESSER III Program

Read about ESSER III funds in Lago Vista ISD, as well as information on the grant-required plan for the safe return to in-person instruction and continuity of services.  This plan will be reviewed and updated each six months during the grant period.

The LVISD staff recognizes that we carry an awesome and humbling responsibility in helping our young people to learn, grow and develop. An important part of this is addressing racism and intolerance. LVISD will not turn away from that responsibility.
